ScotSafe Transport provides trauma-informed transitions for children who need additional support when travelling.

The Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Act 2024 is aimed at enhancing protections and support for children in Scotland, ensuring they are treated fairly.

We are committed to ensuring that every journey is conducted with compassion and understanding, addressing the unique needs of everyone. Our team is trained to provide the best therapeutic care possible, minimising further distress and promoting a sense of safety and comfort during transit.

Understanding the critical importance of risk management, we work in close partnership with referring agencies to ensure each journey is not only safe but also successful.

We provide customised and flexible services, meticulously designed to address the unique needs of each child involved. Our tailored approach ensures that every journey is managed with the utmost care and attention, catering specifically to the individual requirements of those we support.

We offer a wide range of journey options, whether they are long, short, or anything in between. Given our extensive experience in the residential and secure care sector, we understand that an out-of-hours service may be necessary. For a quicker response, please use the provided phone number.

Our professional approach involves providing support to individuals with a 3:1 ratio. This means two staff members will assist the individual while one manages the vehicle.

If we determine that the safety of individuals is at risk, ScotSafe will discuss the need for additional staff support with the referring agency.
